 The drive from ABQ to Santa Fe gave us a hint of what lay ahead—striking landscape and fresh air a glorious shade of blue.

 On Saturday morning five of us left Sant Fe at 4:00am but still missed liftoff at the Balloon Fiesta.  The freeway was as close as we got.
